is anyone using this feature experiencing any real world advantages? I thought the "old" method was already very efficient, i didnt have any issues. Even with hundreds of charts, i tried the "hide and destroy chart obj" feature and the cpu usage barely budged (win7). I tested this feature a while back and i had a lot of issues with performance (running 4k screens), along with the gpu sucking up the battery and fans going nuts. Just curious if there's something im missing. Maybe there are particular drawing methods or visualizations that this offers significant improvements? edit: now that i think about it, there are a couple of graphic issue i had with the old method. One was drawing objects (like ext rectangles) with some transparency. The other was having lots and lots of graphic elements (like drawing zigzags on a large dataset). Is this what this feature is trying to address? Because the "core" graphic elements of drawing chart bars already seems optimized as far as i can tell. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-30 10:16:12
