We can see the above has been disruptive to many users. We had not realized that but this is not something that we can avoid. We do apologize for this nevertheless. A lot of work went into creating the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and it is a good service. And we know TT had some issues a few days back in February which affected AMP users. Follow the instructions given in the first post for the time being.
