Intraday data versus Historical Data. See if one you has the setting for Chart Data Type set to Intraday Data Only and another as Historical. Another possibility is that you are not using the same Continuous Contract Rules, or one may have a Continuous Contract and the other not. There are a lot of possible reasons, you just have to look at everything and make sure they are the same. Not to mention differences in the Data itself if you are using different data feeds.
