The one file that is almost a gigabyte is way too large and you need to delete it. It seems like what you are doing is running replay after replay without clearing the Trade Activity for the trading account.

At this point just delete those large files. They are way too large.

You need to go to the first tab of the Trade Activity Log, "Trade Activity" to definitively see all of the fills. The other tabs, due to fill matching logic could potentially filter out fills especially if there are fills from different replays all intermingled. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log)

Also select a specific symbol on the Trade Activity Log, not All Symbols, and press the Apply button. You will definitely see all the fills on the first tab based upon the date range and other settings.
