It is not a serious bug. It is just simply a historical data Request routing issue. We are looking into it now. You are also not using the preconfiguration we have for Global Data Feeds in India. Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "Global Data Feeds India-DTC". If you do the above this should resolve the problem.
