Hi Sierra Chart Team, I am using Denali Data Exchange only for Emini S & P 500 Futures and you said it would cost only $10.00 or so. My total Charge would be $66.40 for the previous month. But you charged $76.40. I do believe that I should get a credit or refund. If not please explain it to me. For upcoming month, it is showing the service would be $76.40. But actually it would be $56.40. The reason is below: $46.00 (Sierra Chart package 11 Advanced)+ $10.40 (Denali Data Exchage fee only for Emini S & P 500 Futures) = $56.40. Why it is $76.40 ????
