Thanks, I've tried both those settings, but I always get the 'Waiting to download historical data' message for approx. 3-5 seconds, even with those settings as low as possible. Is this normal? "Downloading historical data. Bars may not appear until done" usually only flashes up momentarily, so the actual download time seems to be fine. I'm connected to 'SC Data - All Services [data]' in Data/Trade Service Settings - hopefully that's correct.
