Talked with customer and they were not able to launch Sierra Chart. Found that the customer had switched the option to Enable "OpenGL". Got the customers Sierra4.config file and was not able to reproduce the issue, but was able to deselect the option for "OpenGL" and then upload the file back. The customer is now fine, although they have been informed not to enable "OpenGL" until we know what caused the issue.
