It looks like you have two different installations of Sierra Chart. Go to the folder for one of the instances and see if you can launch Sierra Chart directly from there. You will need to run the file named SierraChart_64.exe. You may not see the .exe extension unless you have the extensions showing for your folders. If you do not have a problem running the software directly, then you can copy and paste a Shortcut for the executable on your Desktop to launch it that way.
