We needed time to look into this and run some tests. The Message Log you provided indicates there is a connectivity problem to the CTS T4 historical data server and we want to see if we are able to duplicate the problem on our side. We are getting to this now.

These are issues, that we do not have direct control over. We need to understand the problem and report the problem to CTS.

Furthermore our support engineer knows Russian, has to translate our response. So this is an extra step.
