From what we are seeing, it looks like you are not be getting the EUREX data from us. In particular, in the screenshot at 18.50.26, we are not seeing an [M] after the symbol name in the Chart Header. Therefore, our first guess is that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is not set to Yes. Please check this and if it is set to No, as we think then change it to Yes by clicking on it. Once it is changed to Yes, then select [/b]File >> Disconnect[/b] followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Then go to each EUREX chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You only need to do this once per symbol, not for every chart. That should resolve the issues.
