The Price Display Format needs to have the same number of decimal places as the tick size. So if the tick size is 0.00005, than the Price Display Format needs to be 0.00001 The correct tick size is the minimum value that price can change. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> NZDCHF and verify the Price Display Format, Tick Size, and Currency Value Per Tick for data feed you are using. You could set custom values for these, but the underlying data granularity would need to support it. Global Symbol Settings
