You have not finished setting up your Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to activate the exchange(s) you want on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed The reason you received Real-Time data when you were connected to CQG is that you must be setup to get data from CQG. Once you get the exchange activated and you see an [M] behind the symbol in the Chart Header, then you can tell your broker to stop the data from CQG.
