There was an issue with the rollover and not having the correct calculation for a continuous chart at that time. If that is what you are referring to, then you need to first update to the Current Version (v 2238).

Then go back prior to the gap and delete and re-download the data from that point. Make sure you select both the current and the previous contract to redownload. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download
