In order to use the Real-Time Simulated Futures Trading Service, you would need to be getting Real-Time data from us. You are not setup for this, which is why you would not be getting any data when you select the Real-Time service. For the Delayed service, you should be fine. Just make sure you are selecting the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" Service in the Data/Trade Service Settings Window. If you are still having an issue placing trades with the Delayed Trading Evaluator - then after you place a trade open the Trade >> Trade Service Log and copy the information in there to this post for us to review.
