The first thing to do is run in Safe Mode and see if the problem occurs while in Safe Mode. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

If you do not get this problem when in Safe Mode, then this points to a 3rd party DLL that is causing the problem. You would then need to go through the 3rd party studies that you have on your system and see if you can determine which one is causing the problem and then let the developer know.
