Ok. Then the first thing you need to do is to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account with AMP: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you have completed the above, if you have any existing Chartbooks, then open them and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols to CQG terminology. That should be all you need to do, as it would appear that you were setup to receive your data from CQG previously.
