At this time, your Sierra Chart Account is not active. Therefore, you would need to add funds to your account and reactivate a service package. It looks like you were previously using Package 3, which you can continue to use, the cost for this is $26.00 USD per month.

If you were getting your data through CQG, then you can continue to do so. You may just want to verify with AMP that you are still setup to get data from CQG.
