In order to resolve the issue of the missing data, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data feed. When you are paying $2.00 for CQG, you are not getting any Historical data, so you have that missing data. We have set up your account to be able to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed at no cost for the remainder of this month. You just need to fill out and sign the agreements and then we can enable the "Full CME Group" for you. This way you will be able to see how well the data from us works. If you then want to stop using it next month, you can go back to Package 5 at $36.00 USD per month.
