Downloading 4 years of Intraday data especially tick by tick is going to take a long time. You certainly will wait a long time for that. What is the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit? In your case we recommend using something like 10 seconds or higher. With what you are doing avoid 1 tick. Or be prepared to wait longer for the data to download. The very first step, is to reduce the Days to Download in Chart >> Chart Settings to no more than 1 year. Start with something small, and then you can increase it, if you encounter no problems. In general, what we can tell is there are failures with downloading data. See last paragraph below. So take the advice above, and then re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
