Hi there, the Denali Data Feed is not currently active on your Sierra Chart Account (it expired on Feb 28th), the Denali Data Feed can only be accessed through one of the New Packages, so you would need to activate SP10, SP11 or SP12 -- the good news is Denali is greatly reduced in price.

(A) For Information on those New combined Packages:

(B) To add usage time on one of the New Packages to your Sierra Chart account, follow these instructions:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

(C) Lastly if you have Denali Data Activated you will complete the process by activating a Real-time Exchange, either within the CME Group, or EUREX EOBI, see #3 here:
