Hello, I am running Sierra Chart on Mac throughout Parallels, but there is several problem at each upgrade. By the past I solved them but it took me a lot of time, and now I have a problem with the loading of the data history. When I open the platform it loads the live data, but as soon as I close it it doesn't load anything from that moment on. This has a definite impact on all my indicators which are based either on time or volume and prevents me from trading. So for all of that I decided to change my trading platform because I can't trade in these conditions. Would it therefore be possible to reimburse me for the remaining months from the beginning of April to the end of my 1 year subscription ? Looking forward to hear from you. Kastrati Florian |
