I have been working for months on that chartbook! I surely will not rebuild a new one, as it has always worked properly. The moment I was forced to use CQG WEB Api (because AMP does not support Denali order routing any longer) was the moment the problem ocurred. The custom studies also always used to work properly. In safe mode: No Futures Data, when I want to translate the symbols, SC freezes! Could you please log into my computer once again via Team Viewer? Info: CPU Usage is only 10% when SC is freezing. Additional Info: SC even freezes if I want to open a new single intraday chart within a new chartbook! It must have something to do with CQG WEB API! Additional Info 2: I am running Bitdefender. Is it possible that Bitdefender is blocking something in the background? I can not see anything like that.. but maybe it does? And: Is there a proper connection to CQG at all? As I do not get any Futures data.... AMP says yes, everything is set properly. So why do I not get any CQG Futures data and why does it freeze when I want to swich to CQG Symbols?
