i copied the dtc client and server dir to the win10 on vbox (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/) and got the same error i clicked the send log on the dtc client under win10 but i opened the link https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=MessageLogs and it's blank, i'm not sure if it was sent successfully after use a new installation of sierrachart and only open the eurex cht file, i don’t see any error in the log updated: i seem to have found the problem if disable "files to open on startup" option, reopen sierrachart and wait until the log shows "symbol settings are up-to-date for interactive_brokers.trading" errors will not happen, it just created a lot of empty *.dly files under the data folder Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-07 00:40:14
