Called customer and connected to system. After translating symbols, it is taking a long time to download the new data, but given the number of charts and the amount of data that is being asked for, it is not surprising. Showed the customer that the data is continuing to update in the Data file, and that until the data is downloaded Sierra Chart will not be responsive. He will wait until morning and see if everything is updated at that time.
