You cannot change your service back to "SC Futures Order Routing" as AMP is no longer supporting that option. So that setup has been removed from your account. You need to leave the service set to CQG.

Please get us a copy of your Message Log so we can see what it is showing in terms of potential issues. Just copy and paste the entire log into this thread.
