The first thing is that AMP should have moved you from the Sierra Chart Order Routing service to CQG. They should have sent you credentials to be able to access your CQG account. If you do not have these, then you need to get with AMP to get the information from them.

Once you have the information, then follow the instructions at this link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account. After that you should be good.
