Hi I'm noticing a huge data lag in my charts (RANGE and minute charts). for e.g. on the MES price data on the chart just stalls for few seconds and then starts moving again. This was working ok few days ago but not sure what happened that this is happening now. Please see file attached showing my connection to servers, and my chart interval settings. Also the whole Sierra platform feels very sticky. appreciate response. JK |
