To be honest I am a little bit lost with that. I am ordering all services by AMP (never ordered anything via SC) and I got notifications from SC now that I need to make a payment for some services. Why? I did not order anything directly in the SC account control panel. Now in my account I see I am on package 11 (advanced + denali data feed) which is 46 USD/month. Where does it come from? What I used to pay via AMP is 25USD for pckg 5 + 10 USD for selected exchange. I am also not willing to pay for the COMEX datafeed for march as I requested on time to deactivate it. Who should I contact for that to make a claim. You, or AMP? Kind regards. |
