Hi SC support, I am with AMP where I have Denali data and few days ago I activated routing via CQG cause of Denali's outage. Previously when I checked I was able to connect 2 systems as Denali allows for 2 connections. Now I see I can connect 3 systems and additionaly in my account control panel I see I need to pay something to SC to be able to trade. I never ordered anything via SC. I do everything via my broker - AMP. Where is this coming from then? Additionally I see I am active for COMEX dtaafeed this month. I was confirmed by AMP that my datafeed for COMEX will no longer be active starting from march. Why do I see it active on SC control panel then? |
