I have been trying to set up my edge clear account through you. I have two open tickets that have not been responded to. I am currently paying for data that is delayed and Im not sure why. Via my other ticket I am trying to get through this task. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions I am currently stuck on step 14 where it says connect to data feed. I can not do that , when I scroll down to it the option is not clickable. My data is delayed, and as far as I know I activated the denali data yesterday. If you could help me out that would be great.
