I placed a bracketed order and attempted to cancel by click the 'x' on the order on the DOM. When I did that, the brackets disappeared, but the main order remained. I tried cancel all and even flatten all, but kept getting "Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order. Internal Order ID: 1400. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: ESH1." Here is the trade service log. Can you tell me what happened? Is this a SC setup issue or Infinity / Transact Futures issue?
