I'm making switch to Sierra Charts and have already signed up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but nothing has happened since I summited my change data request for Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data-Order Routing Only) via the form at AMP, but nothing has happened. I called AMP this morning and they said I now have to contact Sierra Charts to set this up. Can you help? I've cancelled my Rithmic account and now I can't trade until this is resolved.
