Hi, You mentioned in the 2nd post that you will rectify my issue reported yesterday. However, I still see package 5 shown in my account details and my usage time end date extended 6 months. As mentioned in post 1, I want to change from package 5 (which was due to end on 31 Apr 2021) to package 11. When can this be rectified? Thanks. |
