We do see another account associated with the same email, but that account was on a Trial which ended on May 26, 2020 and the account has no funds in it. Therefore, the correct account to login with is the one from which you posted to this thread. In terms of data, you are setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and everything looks correctly setup, so you should be getting Real-Time data for the CME Group symbols. We do not know anything about the money you are referencing. We do not accept checks.
