hi, Further to previous mails sent this morning, still receiving delayed data, even though payments made several hours ago, and system still wont allow me to manually activate option 11 of available services, as every-time I make a payment it is simply increasing the renewal period of my chart usage, rather than using funds to pay for the Denali feed. Can you please correct as soon as possible as unable to use delayed feed for trading. Many Thks |
