I'm trying to upgrade from package 3 to package 10, but it is not letting me. Do I first need to pay the $20 Denali Exchange Data feed separate prior to making the update? If so, will I be credited the excess $10 that was paid for the initial Denali Exchange Data Feed? Also, my current Denali Exchange Data Feed was supposed to be active until the end of today, but it was already activated, and will not allow me to renew until tomorrow (March 1st) for the month. |
