On Friday, we had moved users who are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and using Service Package 3 (Standard) or Service Package 5 (Advanced), to Service Package 10 or 11 respectively which include the Denali Exchange Data Feed directly. These packages are documented here:

Also understand these new packages do not include any exchange fees. Exchanges do not give their data for free. It is wishful thinking, to think you are just getting real-time data for free without any additional exchange fees. We have seen some users, think this is the case and that is just simply not true at all.

We had a problem with the calculation of the new usage time ending date when there is more than one month of usage time remaining on the account.

So we reverted that change the next day. There is one additional item we have to revert and that is revert back the correct renewal period. Whether that is one month, three months or six months. We will get that corrected back to the way it was.

Once we get the calculation issue worked out, we will then move users to these new Service Packages again later this week (Ending 2021- 03-06).

Please avoid contacting Sierra Chart support about this. We do not need any unnecessary support and questions. This just simply slows down our development and progress with everything when we get all these unnecessary questions. We will to handle the migration for you automatically so you do not need to do anything.

Please think twice before contacting us for anything which is unnecessary. We have had too much support lately and we are doing our very best to get everything under control in particular this:

And understand, you are going to be getting a better price overall with these new Service Packages. And if at any time you want to go back to package 3 or 5 you can do that for the time being.

Also, changes to the new packages (10,11 or 12) from the existing packages (3, 5), or going from these new packages back 3 or 5, can only be done by Sierra Chart support. You cannot do this yourself.
