This is because you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that is now only included with our new service packages 10 and 11. So you no longer separately pay for the Denali data feed at 20 USD per month. These packages are documented here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages You should really stay on package 11 because you are getting a very good value. If you do not want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can change back to the prior package you had. But just ask us to do the package change for you so we can make sure it is done correctly.
