@SC: I purchased an annual service pack 5 with a usage expiration date of September 17, 2021, and I now find that my service pack 5 usage date has been shortened to an expiration date of August 3, 2021. What has happened, has the service contract between us been changed? I have no objection to Sierra's renewal of the service, but the change should have been made after the completion of the contract between us. This is only fair and reasonable.
