The first thing is with respect to the data feed. Let AMP know that you are setup to pay for the Data Feed through them an that they need to activate the exchange(s) you want. Until they take care of that, you will not get any real-time data. You should have your service set to CQG WebAPI. If you are getting the error message that the Username or Password are incorrect, then one of them is incorrect, as that message is coming from CQG.
