Hi Sierra Chart Team, To my knowledge, the monthly bill would be around $66.40 instead of $86.40 but my account says that 'Your current Services Balance is 160.00 USD. A balance of 86.4 USD is required to pay for all services activated on your account which are upcoming for renewal". So, I am just wondering what is this extra $20.00 payment for? Is it something advance payment? Next time renewal would be $66.40? Thank you. Best regards, Atanu Roy |
