You need to be using Tick-by-Tick data for the Footprints (Numbers Bars). Make sure your chart is set to tick-by-tick data by looking at this setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Also, if that is historical data from CQG, then that would be another reason. You may want to delete all the data and have it redownloaded from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
