Hello,

I currently have an account being paid through AMP and I'm going to change over to a Direct Account with you. Couple of questions. I'm planning on opening a Dorman account to continue to utilize TT until your direct routing is setup. I take it Dorman are still supporting TT now right? Figured that was who you might be referencing on the board post. I tried to confirm with them directly on Friday but haven't heard back from them or anybody of the other 4 firms I've tried to contact.

Furthermore, when I get the direct account setup and select "Disable ALL Exchange Data" with AMP to cancel them charging me, will I lose access to the exchanges (CME Bundle) for the rest of this month thus having to pay them again through my new account for this month to re-activate? Any problems doing that as far as non-pro / pro user? Or does the information that I've already paid them this month move to the new account I'm about to create?
