We cannot see any download request in the Message Log where it looks like you have used Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Go to the chart and try using that command again. Also, you should be OK updating to the current Sierra Chart version even when using OEC since you are using the Sierra Chart Futures data feed. You may want to update if there is still a problem.
