Hi John, thanks for coming back to me. It's not about getting data for a specific chart as I'm not able to even get a connection. I know that I need to change the symbol mapping from TT to CQG after I got connected but I'm struggling with the first step. Pretty sure my AMP account is missing the private flag to use SC data as I read in your documentation and also pointed AMP support and trade desk to this issue. They keep saying everything is configured correct on their end but cleary, the log shows the error I get from CQG Web API.
