I just installed version 1093 and tried using OEC historical and SC historical - tried delete/download data using both options and no data is downloaded. In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data service, you need to use a two digit year.The reason for the missing data has to do with a problem with the OEC FIX simulation server not being available. We have reported the problem to OEC. So this is an OEC issue. Once again they OEC has been notified. Not much we can do until they correct the problem.
