User924806: There should not be a problem with the charts. Changing the Service Provider, in your case, is only changing where the trades are sent. You are setup to receive your data through us (the Denali Exchange Data Feed). With regards to the symbols, your chart should still display, but it may be blank. They definitely should display. You would then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Let us know if you are still having trouble and not able to get things going.
