It looks as though you have done some hand modification to the CTS T4 symbols. Please avoid that because these are very specific and case-sensitive. This is the apparent source of the problem. You have an incorrect case in the symbols. At this point, what you need to do is go to every single chart you have open and go to Chart >> Chart Settings. Use the Find button beside the Symbol box and reset the symbol. Do not make guesses as to what the symbol should be. Only work off of the given lists. You need to do this for every single chart.
