Hi. At around 10:56 am CST today my data feed quit for a little while. I had a bunch of equities charts open at the time. Was there any known problem at your end, or was it at mine? I just subscribed to Denali data feed, does that mean my equities charts are now being populated by Denali data, or are they still being populated by Sierra data? I'm just trying to figure out what happened. Also, I was trying to bring up some new Bitcoin ETF's. I believe they are on the Toronto Stock Exchange. They are BTCC.B and BTCC.U but Sierra Charts will not bring them up. Any idea what the problem with that may be? Thanks, ScottK |
